I have had quite a few requests to do some hair related blog posts so here it is. I think one of the most important thing for good and healthy hair is knowing what's in your hair products and just like any chemicals some hair products just don't make a good mix together and will not react well. Everyone has different hair and different textures so you might need to play around with your hair care routine until you find the right one for you but here is what I found that works for me. First of all you need to find the perfect base which is your hair masks, shampoo and conditioner. they need to be specific to what your hair needs if that is taking care of frizz, adding more moisture into your hair(like me) or add some shine and life back into your hair. My favourite shampoo and conditioner are from JOHN FRIEDA you can find them in most drugstores and they are very affordable.
SHAMPOO&CONDITIONER

My hair is quite dry so I need something that will be moisturising and nourishing for my hair.
HAIR OIL

I think hair oils are one of those things that make your hair temporary look good like I don't understand if its just me or if most of them just don't work however I did find this awesome one from John Frieda. It includes organ oil in it which really helps your hair get rehydrated and smooth down the split ends
DRY SHAMPOO

Dry shampoo is a very important product to have healthy hair. A lot of people tend to use shampoo and conditioner on their hair daily but it is so damaging because the shampoo takes away all of your hairs natural oils and leaves the hair strand very dry and weak, what most people don't know is that layer called "grease" is actually your hairs way of protecting itself. It coats each strand with oil so the hair wont be as fragile and is less likely to break. I tend to wash my hair every 3-4 days ( off course do wash your body every day but just put your hair in a bun or only wash it with water) and whenever I notice my hair getting a little it greasy I just spray in some dry shampoo on my roots and massage it in so the white ashy colour will fade away.
