When I first made my blog I was really excited to have a place where I could share all my thoughts, ideas and feelings with all of you guys, I've started off the first couple of weeks doing tons of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle-related posts but I kind of wanted to switch it up a little bit, so here is something that's a little different from my usual posts. I've been attending a new school for the past couple of weeks and it has brought me a lot of stress. Of course, I understand that when you get older the workload gets bigger and much harder but there are many changes happening in my life making it almost impossible to have time for everything so I decided to do my usual relaxing routine to kind of help me wind down.
One of my favorite ways of relaxing is to do something creative that can either be writing(what I am doing right now), drawing or anything else basically there are no limits. I feel like after spending hours sitting behind desks reading and studying and learning formulas and equations it starts to get really dull, so give your creative mind some time and you never know what you might come up with!
off course being creative is all good and fun but sometimes after a long day of work I just want to switch my brain off for a moment or do and do nothing, I know it might sound silly wanting to turn your brain off but trust me it helps. My favorite ways of doing this is either just chilling in my bed with some good music and a great sound system, reading something fun and for once not those school books that we are obliged to read and write long essays or looking at pictures, yes i know what you are all thinking how is that relaxing but trust me it's so relaxing. By pictures, I don't mean Instagram or facebook I'm talking about apps like We Heart It and Pinterest, there is just something about looking at cute and aesthetically pleasing pictures and organizing them in folders that I just absolutely love. I used to spend hours listening to music and collecting my favorite pictures it kind of got to a point where I thought I was addicted. There was just something about organizing the pictures and putting them in folders for me to look back on that I just loved. After around 2 years I have accumulated around five thousand pictures and I am sure there will be much more to come, a self-promo just in case you are interested and want to check it out the link is (Pinterest) HERE
